Delivery Process

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Item Packaging

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

For courier products, we ship throughout India across all locations served by reputed courier companies.

Track the Order After Shipping

Once we receive an order from you it is shipped within 48 hours and the same can be tracked on our website via My Orders section.

We may also arrange shipment through alternative courier partners upon the customer’s specific request or in the event that our standard courier partners are unavailable or do not provide service to the destination location.

Note: Your order will ship through any of the above mentioned courier partners which is most effective and suitable at the time of booking.

Delivery Time

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays). The shipping process usually takes 2–7 days depending upon the location. With every order, we will send you an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Please note dispatch may be delayed on occasion of any festival, holiday or special offer.

Due to Festivals / Natural Disaster / Riots / Strikes or any other unavoidable circumstances delivery time may get extended.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1999 — limited period, may be withdrawn without notice.

For orders below ₹1999, flat shipping charges of ₹99 will be applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for orders below ₹9,999 only

How COD works:

  • A 3% COD handling fee is added to the product amount.
  • To confirm your order, 5% of the total COD amount (product + COD fee) is payable in advance online.
  • The remaining balance is paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.

We highly recommend prepaid orders for a smoother, faster experience — no COD fee and priority dispatch.

Notes

  1. GPUHEAVEN is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  2. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside India and all our sale services are limited to India only.
  3. If any promotional or exclusive shipping is running on specific product, occasion or for specific zone of the country then please refer to the terms of that particular offer too.
  4. We might ship multiple Order IDs of same customers together in a single parcel to avoid delay in transit.
  5. We also might ship single order in multiple box/tracking for proper packaging to avoid damage of the product.
