Return Policy

• GPUHEAVEN offers a 7-day testing warranty on all products sold on our platform.
• The testing warranty period begins from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
• Customers are eligible for a return under this policy even if the product carries an official manufacturer warranty, provided any issue or defect is identified within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after this period must be addressed directly with the relevant manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.
• An unedited, uncut unboxing video is required for all product returns. This is standard practice on our end as well — an unboxing video is recorded whenever a customer returns a product to us.
• In the event a product arrives physically damaged, customers must provide clear, unedited, uncut video proof of the unboxing process as evidence.
• If a product is received damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we will refund the full product amount along with the return shipping charges.
• Returns or refunds will not be honored for products that are found to be physically damaged or burnt due to customer mishandling.
• Returns will not be accepted where the product itself shows no damage or defect and the issue instead lies with the customer’s testing hardware. In such cases, should we have reasonable doubt, the customer will be required to demonstrate the fault using remote access tools (TeamViewer or AnyDesk) after the product has been returned. If the product is found to function correctly on our system, the issue will be attributed to the customer’s testing hardware. The product will then be shipped back to the customer, who will bear the resulting shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 24–72 business hours, less upto 3% cancellation charge on the order value.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery will be refunded within 24–48 hours after the product is received, less applicable shipping charges (both ways) and up to a 3% cancellation charge on the order value.
• For faster processing, cancellation requests should be made via WhatsApp or phone call.

Return Process

• Products must be securely and properly packaged for return to prevent damage during transit.
• A complimentary pickup will be arranged from the customer’s address via Delhivery or DTDC, subject to courier availability.
• Should the product sustain damage during the return shipping process, the customer will bear responsibility for the resulting condition; however, we will provide video documentation as proof.
• Products received in a damaged, defective, seal-broken, or incorrect condition (as a result of the return shipment) will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned product.
• To expedite processing, all return requests should be communicated to us via WhatsApp or phone call.
• For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund amount will exclude applicable COD charges.
