Admin Method Process

Buyer makes payment to admin.

Once payment is received, admin confirms to the seller — seller then ships the product to the buyer.

Once buyer receives the product, they must make a video of the unboxing capturing the courier sticker — ensuring delivery of the right item in good condition.

Buyer confirms to admin — admin then releases payment to the seller.

If you receive a damaged/cracked package, you must still collect it, make an unboxing video of that same package, and inform both seller and admin.

After payment, seller must ship within 2 working days. If seller fails to ship in time, buyer can take the amount back from admin.

If buyer returns the product, seller must also make an unboxing video on receipt. Seller contacts admin if goods are damaged and shares video. Admin investigates packaging — if packaging was satisfactory yet product damaged, it is considered transit damage; if packaging was unsatisfactory, damage is considered valid. Both parties abide by admin’s decision based on visual proof.

Every seller should provide at least 1–2 days testing warranty for any fault/issue. After buyer confirmation within 1–2 days, admin transfers amount to seller after fulfilling that testing tenure.

Seller-warranty products are bought at buyer’s own risk. If anything happens in future, contact seller directly — admin won’t help. If bought via admin method, admin is responsible only till delivery. After that, future seller-warranty claims are not covered by admin.

If buyer receives damaged / wrong item or empty package, only seller is held responsible and the deal is off — buyer is entitled to full refund. This protects against scams and ensures both parties meet their needs. Sellers should only deal if they agree to this method.

For any new situation not covered above, admin will review closely and make a final decision — buyer and seller must abide by it.

Seller pays 1.5% to 2% Admin Method Process Charge — 2% if deal below ₹10,000 and 1.5% if above ₹10,000.
